Deh Sabz City is a project of National Development Trust Ltd (NDTL), floated as a joint venture between Kabul and Dubai based Omarzay Company Ltd and the Australian Pinnacle International Advisors Ltd (PAIL), both having impeccable global credentials as premier business houses.

Omarzay Company is not a fly-by-night venture. It has been in the forefront in many areas of business. Successfully. From Banking to real estate to export to import and what have you. And this with tie-ups that span across, so to say, almost the entire globe. It is the same impeccable credentials that drew PAIL to join hands with Omarzay in this project; a project that is aimed to give Afghanistan the most honourable place in the comity of nations.

Blessing from the Afghan Government

The sprawling township to be developed is in the NDTL land on the north-eastern outskirts of Kabul has the full support of the Afghan Government. So much so, the Government has given clearance to the place as a land-mine free zone.

As if underscore this fact no less an agency than the insurance wing of the World Bank, Multi Lateral Guarantee Agency, has agreed to insure the entire township even against any kind of war, political unrest and so on. So sure are they of the Government clearance.
